Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance SCF operations, ensuring strong KPI/SLA performance.
• Drive strategy for Payables Finance and Receivables Discount products across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee digital transformation, automation, and SCF platform optimization.
• Manage operational risk, controls, governance, and process improvement.
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Lead and develop a high-performing SCF operations team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Trade Finance/SCF operations at a large international bank.
• GCC experience preferred, but not essential.
• Strong understanding of Global Transaction Banking, SCF workflows, documentation, and risk.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• SCF-related certifications (CSCF, GTC, CITF, TFP) are an advantage.
