Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain for ground station and ISR components.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to support rapid growth.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for critical suppliers.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of materials and services.
- Optimize inventory levels and logistics processes for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and program management teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the aerospace or high-tech sectors.
- Strong understanding of ground station and ISR components and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex supplier relationships and contracts effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and modern supply chain software.
