Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain for ground station and ISR components.
• Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to support rapid growth.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for critical suppliers.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of materials and services.
• Optimize inventory levels and logistics processes for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and program management teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the aerospace or high-tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of ground station and ISR components and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex supplier relationships and contracts effectively.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and modern supply chain software.
