Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory to warehousing and last-mile delivery.
- Manage key supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality product sourcing.
- Implement and monitor efficient inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of monthly subscription boxes to members.
- Utilize data analytics to identify areas for continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain management or operations, with at least 2 years in a relevant role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
