Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies to optimize inventory and logistics.
- Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and S&OP processes for multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on production schedules.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain planning function.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain planning within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
