Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
• Manage production timelines with suppliers, track POs, and coordinate quality control.
• Manage 3PL relationships in USA, Canada, and UAE, handling ASNs and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory across all warehouses and own Shopify inventory operations.
• Create and maintain SOPs for supply chain and operations, improving workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in supply chain, operations, or demand planning.
• Experience in e-commerce and/or fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Comfortable managing multi-country operations (US, CA, UAE).
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and Shopify experience.
