Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and inventory.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Knowledge of retail apparel, fashion, and luxury goods supply chain best practices is a plus.
