MNZIL is hiring a Supply Lead to fully own MNZIL’s end-to-end supply pipeline. You will be responsible for sourcing to large-scale strategy and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure accommodation facilities.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with landlords and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and close leasing and acquisition deals.
• Develop pricing models that balance profitability with market competitiveness.
• Map, analyze, and prioritize high-potential geographic areas.
• Hire, train, manage, and scale a dedicated supply team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, procurement, hospitality, or facility supply.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of UAE leasing practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage pricing, cost, and financial models.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
• Valid UAE driving license.
