Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage the supply chain operations within Ukraine, focusing on courier and partner efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery times and overall service quality.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with local businesses, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Forecast demand and supply, ensuring adequate resources are available to meet operational needs.
• Handle operational escalations and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruption.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, preferably within an on-demand service.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Proficiency in project management and operational software or tools.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English is highly desirable for effective communication.
