Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust supply plans to meet demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- Manage the efficient flow of products from suppliers to distribution centers and stores.
- Optimize inventory levels across the network to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products, particularly within the HoReCa segment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain planning or logistics, preferably within wholesale or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain planning software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and commercial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
