    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement robust supply plans to meet demand forecasts and inventory targets.
    • Manage the efficient flow of products from suppliers to distribution centers and stores.
    • Optimize inventory levels across the network to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
    • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities.
    • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products, particularly within the HoReCa segment.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in supply chain planning or logistics, preferably within wholesale or FMCG.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain planning software and tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and commercial environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
