Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ericsson’s network products and solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to 5G, AI, and cloud-based network components.
- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Document solutions, procedures, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Ensure high availability and performance of network infrastructure for customers.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide emergency support as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or network operations role.
- Strong understanding of 5G, IP networking, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment.
