Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize product backlog items for support-related features and improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver product increments.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap and vision for support services.
  • Communicate product updates, changes, and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for support products and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software or IT services environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs and customer pain points into actionable product requirements.
  • Experience with cloud solutions, IT services, or SaaS products is highly desirable.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset and strong analytical abilities.
