Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for KEEP SOLUTIONS’ advanced information management solutions.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to digital preservation systems.
  • Ensure efficient and effective management of customer information assets through support.
  • Collaborate with the software development team to improve product functionality and user experience.
  • Document support processes, solutions, and frequently asked questions for knowledge base.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of innovative solutions and R&D projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within IT or software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Portuguese; English is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with information management, digital preservation, or related software concepts.
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
