Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and network components.
- Ensure the security, availability, and optimal performance of IT systems and services.
- Implement and manage data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform proactive maintenance.
- Administer virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud-based resources.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to support projects and integrate new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system and network administration.
- Strong expertise in managing Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Proficient knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
