Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure IT infrastructure solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot network, server, and cloud environments effectively.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and security across all infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with cyber security and project delivery teams to integrate solutions.
- Provide technical support and detailed documentation for infrastructure systems.
- Participate in infrastructure planning, upgrades, and capacity management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure support.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and network administration principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for collaborative projects.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are highly regarded.
