Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex cybersecurity systems and solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support for Palo Alto Networks products to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose effective security solutions.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and security standards in all deployments.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or a similar role, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Solid understanding of networking and security protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, etc.).
• Experience with security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
