Key Responsibilities

• Perform garment alterations, repairs, and custom tailoring for guests and staff.
• Measure and fit garments accurately according to client specifications and brand standards.
• Ensure high-quality stitching, finishing, and attention to detail for all tailored items.
• Maintain tailoring equipment, including sewing machines, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to meet operational needs and guest requests.
• Adhere to Marriott’s stringent brand standards and uphold a high level of guest service excellence.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of sewing techniques, garment construction, and fabric handling.
• Ability to skillfully operate industrial and domestic sewing machines and other tailoring tools.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, precision, and a keen eye for quality in craftsmanship.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new tailoring skills in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per operational requirements.
