  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various platforms and tools for candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market dynamics in Egypt.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
