    Key Responsibilities

    • Collect and clean talent acquisition data from various sources.
    • Assist in creating reports and dashboards to visualize recruitment metrics.
    • Support the analysis of HR data to identify trends and insights.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to understand data needs and reporting requirements.
    • Contribute to optimizing talent acquisition processes through data-driven recommendations.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.

    Requirements

    • Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business, or a related field.
    • Basic understanding of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience or coursework in data handling and reporting (e.g., 2 Year+ relevant experience/academic projects).
