Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various industries.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact to placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in staffing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Associate level experience (equivalent to 2+ years of experience).
