Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide comprehensive HR support for employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports using HRIS systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition and human resources roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and HR functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment.
- Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
