    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Provide comprehensive HR support for employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
    • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports using HRIS systems.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition and human resources roles.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and HR functions.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment.
    • Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
