Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored for the SEA market.
  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from innovative sourcing to successful offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with regional hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including digital platforms, professional networks, and agencies.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience and enhance Otis’s employer brand in the region.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process optimizations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a multinational corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and market trends across South East Asia.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR recruitment technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal clients.
