Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to successful offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and prospective candidates.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels and innovative recruitment methods to attract high-caliber talent.
- Ensure an exceptional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay abreast of recruitment trends, market dynamics, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment management role, preferably within a consultancy.
- Solid understanding of the Cyprus and Malta job markets and recruitment landscapes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
