- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate attraction to offer negotiation.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage top talent.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within an industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global organization and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
