Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the HR system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of finance and human resources recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
