Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar HR role, preferably in technology or hospitality.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tech.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
