Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
