Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer for various roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Slovak or other European languages is a plus.
