Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a tech or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and current market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a high volume of requisitions and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various HR tools.
