Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, records, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field or MBA.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successful placements across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and interview techniques.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
