Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment cycle for select corporate roles.
• Partner with line managers to interpret requirements and screen applicants.
• Prepare offers, contracts, and employment letters.
• Support building and maintaining talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with corporate hiring managers to draft job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new joiners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including international exposure; prior experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Skilled in sourcing, talent mapping, and relationship driven hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar ATS/HRIS platforms.
