Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates against job requirements and company culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) efficiently for candidate management.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Portuguese and English.
