Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar HR/recruitment role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Associate degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
