Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
