Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Experience in the technology, information, and internet industry, preferably blockchain.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
