Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the advertising agency.
- Source, attract, and engage top-tier talent using diverse strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and profiles.
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
