Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the advertising agency.
  • Source, attract, and engage top-tier talent using diverse strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and profiles.
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
