Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across Al Marwan Group’s diverse sectors.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a strong fit with company culture and role requirements.
• Utilize Arabic language skills to effectively communicate with and evaluate candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment role.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
