Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across Al Marwan Group’s diverse sectors.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a strong fit with company culture and role requirements.
- Utilize Arabic language skills to effectively communicate with and evaluate candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruitment role.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
