Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for physicians.
- Source, screen, and interview physician candidates using various channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer extension.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified medical professionals.
- Collaborate with department heads and hospital leadership to understand staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to hospital recruitment policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically recruiting physicians or healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR best practices.
