Job Overview
Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), the world’s largest producer of premium aluminium, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers, shape hiring strategies, and bring top talent into one of the UAE’s most dynamic industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Source and attract top talent via job boards, social platforms, referrals, and market mapping.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide a seamless candidate journey.
- Deliver market insights to refine recruitment strategies and decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, preferably with corporate or in-house hiring exposure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication skills; Mandarin language is an advantage.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
- Preference: Candidates already based in the UAE.
