Key Responsibilities

  • Support the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
  • Assist in the seamless onboarding of new employees and facilitate their integration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of talent management programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider HR team to support various departmental objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Management department as needed.

Requirements

  • Entry-level understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
