    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies aligned with Global TA Strategy and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) objectives.
    • Drive proactive sourcing and talent pipelining to build a strong pool of high-quality candidates for current and future needs.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, identifying critical roles and future skill requirements.
    • Lead recruitment for WL1+ and WL2+ roles, including interviews, decision support, and offer management.
    • Collaborate with TA Hub teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with global processes.
    • Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes.

    Requirements

    • Strategic mindset with expertise in workforce planning and talent forecasting.
    • Strong understanding of GCC talent landscape, including cultural nuances and labor market dynamics.
    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Emiratization experience, with a proven track record of hiring top Emirati talent.
    • Proficiency in talent analytics and dashboards to drive data-based decisions.
    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
