Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various client requirements and roles.
• Source and identify top talent through multiple channels, including direct sourcing and networking.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure fit.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver effective and timely talent solutions.
• Ensure compliance with global payroll and employment regulations for contractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Specialist or similar HR role, preferably in a global context.
• Strong understanding of contingent staffing, direct hire, SOW, and RPO models.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/platforms.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition and management.
