Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various client requirements and roles.
- Source and identify top talent through multiple channels, including direct sourcing and networking.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure fit.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver effective and timely talent solutions.
- Ensure compliance with global payroll and employment regulations for contractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Specialist or similar HR role, preferably in a global context.
- Strong understanding of contingent staffing, direct hire, SOW, and RPO models.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/platforms.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition and management.
