Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students to reinforce learning.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain an orderly, positive learning environment.
  • Prepare and organize teaching materials, equipment, and classroom resources.
  • Support student assessment by observing progress and providing feedback to teachers.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students during school hours and activities.

Requirements

  • Must be a UAE National as specified for this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for education and working with children of all ages.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a diverse school team.
