Key Responsibilities

  • Provide extensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or team support role, preferably with 2 years or more experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
