    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.

    • Monitor progress on key initiatives and report updates.

    Requirements

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or similar role in real estate or hospitality industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
    • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
