Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Node.js engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on Node.js development.
- Expertise in building and scaling backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges and make informed decisions.
