Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and outsourcing services for clients.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll, visas, and PRO services.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and optimize HR policies and procedures for client engagement.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for HR service delivery.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to the HR operations team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR operations, with significant exposure to outsourcing.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration processes, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
