Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in the integration, testing, and deployment of radar systems.
• Oversee field engineering activities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of radar solutions.
• Develop and implement integration strategies for complex defense technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to improve system capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and national security protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in radar systems integration and field engineering.
• Proven leadership experience in an engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of radar principles, signal processing, and RF systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to travel for field deployments and technical support.
