Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative L&D programs.
- Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful remote learning programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and remote work environment.
