Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workflow and sequence of service during service periods.
- Monitor and supervise the cashiering function, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints.
- Conduct performance evaluations, training, and coaching of colleagues.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of F&B SOPs.
- Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed daily.
Requirements
- One year of experience in the same position in a restaurant sector.
- Experience within a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant, preferred in breakfast operations.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications like Micros and Sevenrooms.
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
