    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, supervise, and mentor the concierge team to deliver exceptional service.
    • Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
    • Coordinate guest transportation, reservations, and personalized amenity arrangements.
    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events.
    • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
    • Uphold Jumeirah’s luxury service standards and operational procedures.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a concierge or guest services role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
